THORN EMI
Thorn EMI had their greatest success in 1984 after rebranding to "Creative Sparks". In 1985, the software and distribution part of Thorn was subject to a management buy-out becoming Creative Sparks Distribution. The new company bought Mikro-Gen in late 1986 and ended up in receivership soon after.
