TOP TEN

Top Ten Software was a budget label created by Martin Maynard, formerly of Audiogenic. Grid Iron, their biggest hit, was first released in 1984 by Softstone as American Football and then re-released early in 1987 as Touchdown USA on the Sparklers label by Creative Sparks Distribution, just before they went into receivership.

Top Ten were one of the companies to buy up CSD's back-catalogue, along with Alternative and Tynesoft.
