ARIOLASOFT
Almost all of Ariolasoft's hits were licensed from Electronic Arts. After EA opened its own headquarters in the UK, Ariolasoft launched two new full-price labels publishing original software: Starlight run by Francis Lee, formerly of Beyond, and Reaktor. Neither was successful and in 1987 the label was suddenly closed down by its German parent company, Bertelsmann.
One unreleased game, Werewolves of London, eventually appeared as a budget release from Mastertronic in 1989.
